“The leaves and flowers of this this wonderful plant have been used by the Native Americans for many, many years for asthma, colds, flu, pneumonia, sore throat, fever, bronchitis, stomach, ulcers, tumors, spasms, and coughs. When crushed, the plant gives off a maple syrup scent. Pseudognaphalium obtusifolium  used to make tea for respiratory problems, including asthma!   It may also be placed in small dishes placed in each room for Hayfever.”

Also, some choose to steep a Tea from these flavorful foliage with just a touch of honey. Strain steeped tea to remove leaves and sip warm tea to soothe a sore throat, cold and many other sinus, allergy, and common cold symptoms.
