Carrying out measurements of the strength of the drink:
1. Remove the alcohol meter from the package;
2. Immerse the alcohol meter in the container with the drink. The device must not touch the walls of the test jar .Wait for the alcohol meter to stabilize, it should remain at the same level.
3. The line of contact of the liquid with the rod of the alcohol meter will indicate the strength of the drink in degrees. Readings should be taken along the lower edge of the meniscus at a temperature of 20 С, because at a different temperature the readings will not be entirely accurate.
4. Determine the measurement result.
5. Wipe and put it in the original packaging in which it was stored before.
