This controller makes home brewing safer, easier and less expensive than using propane. No open flames, no tank exchanges. All you need for power is a 240V dryer outlet. Depending on where you live it costs ~$0.75 in electricity to brew a 10 gallon batch of beer with this controller.

-control a BIAB mash and boil functions.

-control HLT tank/kettle temperature.

Temperature probe contains a NTC 10k Beta=3950 thermistor accurate to +/-1F in the mash temperature range.
